Editorial standards of the library

The library combines local files provided for hosting with annotated links to official external sources. We do not copy other people's publications without a clear legal basis.

What do the statuses mean?

Current law: The official normative text, the validity of which has been checked on the specified date.
The project is not a valid law: A bill or policy proposal that cannot be submitted as an existing rule.
Court practice: Decision or review; it is necessary to check the instance, entry into force and subsequent history.
Policy / professional standard: An important guideline with its own normative weight, but not a replacement for the law.
Educational or reference material: An explanatory resource, the conclusions of which should be confirmed by primary sources.

Editorial cycle

Check links, status and new revisions quarterly.
Mark superseded or archived material without deleting history.
Add Ukrainian annotation and practical conclusion.
Do not post personal or sensitive information.
When in doubt, refer to the official source instead of copying the file.
