Review of the practice of the Criminal Court of Cassation for July 2026

Official review of the decisions of the Central Committee of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR submitted to the USSR for July 2026. Section 16.1 is devoted to Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, co-execution and taking into account the previous conspiracy when sentencing. Other sections cover evidence and criminal procedure. This is an independent monthly issue, not a replacement for the April review.
